Summary: The Continuous Improvement Analyst will be engaged on a 2.5 month contract to enhance business processes and efficiency through the implementation of new capabilities. This role requires a strong background in process design and management, as well as the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives. The position is based in Southampton, requiring in-office presence for part of the week. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
• Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual aids to illustrate complex processes.
• Lead workshops and coaching sessions to develop continuous improvement skills within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvements.
• Document and define processes for effective delivery of improvement initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a similar continuous improvement role.
• In-depth knowledge of process design and business process management.
• Proficiency in creating process maps and flowcharts.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing processes and identifying improvements.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma techniques, with Green Belt certification or equivalent.
