Summary: The Continuous Improvement Analyst will be engaged on a 2.5 month contract to enhance business processes and efficiency through the implementation of new capabilities. This role requires a strong background in process design and management, as well as the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives. The position is based in Southampton, requiring in-office presence for part of the week. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual aids to illustrate complex processes.
- Lead workshops and coaching sessions to develop continuous improvement skills within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Utilize Lean/Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvements.
- Document and define processes for effective delivery of improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a similar continuous improvement role.
- In-depth knowledge of process design and business process management.
- Proficiency in creating process maps and flowcharts.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing processes and identifying improvements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma techniques, with Green Belt certification or equivalent.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in leading workshops and delivering training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
