From live music and breathtaking theatre to immersive hospitality , our productions invite audiences to step into the story and lose themselves in a once-in-a-lifetime journey . We’re seeking a bold, hands-on Content & Video Creative to join our marketing team on a 3-month contract. This is a fast-paced, highly creative role with genuine freedom to shape work seen by tens of thousands—crafting vibrant, narrative-driven, social-first video content that pulls audiences directly into our worlds. Immediate start required. What You’ll Do Concept & Storytelling Ideate and execute innovative social-first video concepts that capture the energy, intimacy, and spectacle of our productions. Storyboard, shoot, and edit content from concept through to delivery, adapting for both rapid-turnaround posts and polished, cinematic pieces. Shooting & Production Capture UGC-style, scroll-stopping mobile content as well as high-quality cinematic footage (interviews, B-roll, behind-the-scenes). Light, style, and compose shoots with an eye for taste, cultural trends, and premium creative standards. Editing & Post-Production Deliver punchy short-form videos alongside trailers and story-driven edits . Apply strong understanding of pacing, grading, sound, and graphics to ensure all content cuts through the noise. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. Analyse performance, learn from results, and adapt creative approaches to increase engagement. Keep ahead of social media trends, formats, and innovations , proactively suggesting fresh approaches. Who You Are A true 360 creative : comfortable concepting, shooting, lighting, styling, and editing content at speed. Proven experience creating social-first video content with a demonstrable portfolio (applications without this will not be considered). Skilled across mobile and cinematic production. Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), plus knowledge of other key platforms. Organised, adaptable, and energised by a fast-moving, high-output environment . Collaborative, but able to take initiative and run with ideas from concept to execution. Passionate about storytelling, with a strong sense of cultural trends and what premium social creative looks like. Available to start immediately. This role is social-first by design .
