Summary: The Content Media Coordinator role involves identifying and onboarding emerging talent to a leading live streaming platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creator communities and trends, and will work autonomously to support creators in their initial streaming experiences. This position requires fluency in Polish and a passion for the creator economy. The role is based in London and offers a daily rate for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent and proactively reach out to creators.
- Outreach and partner with creators to explore the platform as a meaningful next step in their careers.
- Stay plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, and cultural moments.
- Guide creators through their onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to their first stream.
- Work with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges and support creator development.
Key Skills:
- Proven interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and passion for livestreaming and internet culture.
- Determination to find and support emerging creators.
- Fluency in Polish and English.

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable, bilingual Creator Outreach Associates to identify, persuade, and successfully onboard emerging talent to the livestreaming community. As the ideal candidate, you are fascinated by creator communities and stay on the cutting edge of creator, influencer trends and cultural moments. You are fluent in the ever-evolving language of creators and influencers. You know where the next generation of live streamers will be found, how to get them to our client, and how to get them set up and streaming successfully. You’ll be determined, organized, methodical and have a deep personal drive to see new creators succeed. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, be quick to learn, and always looking for new ways to improve your work.
You Will:
- Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent, understand what’s resonating culturally, and proactively reach out to creators who could thrive.
- Outreach and partner with creators to explore our client's platform as an exciting, meaningful next step in their careers.
- Stay deeply plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments that shape where audiences gather.
- Guide creators through their earliest steps—making onboarding clear, supportive, and geared toward getting them confidently to their first stream.
- Work with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges, support creator development, and set them up for long-term success on the platform.
You Have:
- Proven interest and knowledge in one of: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
- A strong understanding of the creator economy and a genuine passion for livestreaming, internet culture, and the evolving needs of creators.
- Determination to find creators to bring to our client, with a strong understanding of where they create and who is rising.
- Passion to support and grow emerging creators, with a deep desire to help shape the future of our client's platform.
- Fluency in Polish - besides EN
- The legal right to work in the UK and the role is London Base
