Summary: The Content Marketing Manager at Keyloop is responsible for developing and executing a B2B content marketing strategy that enhances lead and demand generation. Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the creation and development of a strong content marketing strategy for new business, up-sell, cross-sell, and retention campaigns.
- Produce diverse content for various materials including sales decks, video scripts, web pages, emails, social media, infographics, advertising, whitepapers, podcast scripts, blogs, and newsletters.
- Develop a multi-channel thought leadership content program to drive top of the funnel demand generation.
- Collaborate with marketing functions to optimize SEO, paid search, social media, and website traffic performance.
- Contribute to KPIs and continually test, measure, and report on performance, evolving actions based on data.
- Plan a calendar of content requirements by channel and manage workload to provide optimum service to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between content and Product Marketing to ensure compelling narratives are created.
- Support the development of buyer personas for targeted marketing content.
- Align content with wider go-to-market functions such as sales and product launches.
- Create alternative forms of marketing and measure results effectively.
- Ensure compliance with tone of voice guidelines across the company.
- Expand knowledge and collaborate to develop impactful content ideas.
- Manage version control of all sales collateral within the content management platform.
Key Skills:
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing B2B lead and demand generating content across all on and offline channels.
- Preferable knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of effective content types by audience and channel.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent storytelling abilities.
- High attention to detail and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical thinker with insight and reporting skills to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborative team player with a strategic approach focused on content delivery excellence.
