Summary: The Content Development Paralegal/Analyst in Corporate Specialism will support the delivery of services and knowledge management within a law firm, focusing on content profiling, management, and development. This role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance legal content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Content Management team with profiling, uploading, and maintaining content for various knowledge platforms.
  • Assist in updating existing precedents and drafting current awareness alerts and updates.
  • Monitor legal developments and create first drafts of legal updates for internal or external use.
  • Develop training content for fee-earners and clients, including preparing training slides.
  • Assist with the collection, development, review, and upload of multijurisdictional practice group-related content.
  • Support the automation of key documents and perform quality checks on all work output.
  • Coordinate with internal clients to ensure proper workflow processes and quality standards are met.
  • Engage in knowledge-sharing and assist with ad hoc knowledge management projects.
  • Work effectively in a team and lead small project teams as required.

  • Law graduate with the ability to review, analyze, and organize documentary evidence.
