Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in content design throughout the GDS process from discovery through to Live
• Creating, evaluating, updating and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey
• Ensure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format
• Ensure tone and content aligns with GDS standards
• Support Playbacks every fortnight, in order to keep stakeholders abreast of progress
