Key Responsibilities:
- Design and write clear, concise, and accessible content for onboarding forms and account opening journeys.

- Translate complex regulatory or operational requirements into user-friendly content.
- Contribute to the development of correspondence templates (e.g. confirmation emails, rejection notices).

- Work within agile teams to deliver iterative improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a UX Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content design for digital forms, onboarding flows, or transactional journeys.
- Familiarity with GOV.UK content design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to simplify complex information and write for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable using design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch) and content management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
