We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in UX Writing/Content Design who can shape content strategy for a Loyalty Credit Card product experience.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Content Design or UX Writing
- Experience with complex product experiences (Loyalty or Financial products preferred)
- Strong content strategy and information architecture skills
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Accessibility teams
- A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and cross-functional impact
