The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly content across various platforms. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to ensure our content meets the needs of our users and aligns with our brand voice.Main DutiesContent Creation: Develop and design content for websites, apps, social media, and other digital platforms.User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with business goals and user needs.Content Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing content strategies that enhance user experience and engagement.Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.Analytics: Monitor and analyse content performance using various analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience:1-3 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a similar role.Skills:Strong writing and editing skills.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and design tools (eg, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with user research methods and tools.Experience with HTML/CSS.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.This role has been deemed Inside IR35 by the client.
