We are seeking a Content Designer to support the evolution and scaling of the Local AI service beyond private beta. The role will work closely with Product, User Research, UCD, and Engineering teams to ensure user-facing content is clear, accessible, consistent, and aligned to user needs. The Content Designer will help shape service messaging, onboarding journeys, guidance, and communication approaches, ensuring councils and users can effectively engage with and adopt the service. The role will also support the development of content standards, tone of voice, and scalable content patterns as the product matures.
