Summary: The role of Conversation Designer & Content Designer at Pontoon involves shaping AI-driven customer experiences for a leading UK financial services organization undergoing digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

A leading UK financial services organisation is undergoing a major digital transformation and investing heavily in AI-driven customer experiences. As part of this journey, we’re hiring both a Conversation Designer and a Content Designer to help shape how millions of customers interact with digital banking services.
The Roles:
Conversation Designer
You’ll design end-to-end chatbot and voice journeys, creating natural, human-centred interactions that simplify complex financial processes. You’ll define intents, dialogue flows and edge cases, working closely with product, UX, tech and compliance teams to deliver seamless AI-powered experiences.
Content Designer
You’ll craft clear, accessible content across web and app journeys, turning complex information into plain English. You’ll use research and data to shape user journeys, improve clarity and ensure content meets both customer and business needs.
