Job Overview
The Content & Communications Executive is a 12-month maternity cover role, with the potential to become permanent, responsible for creating high-quality, insight-led content that supports Strata’s pre-defined marketing campaigns and nurture programmes, including written content for email, web, and social channels. Working closely with the CRM & Campaign Manager, this role focuses on delivering campaign-ready content aligned to agreed objectives, target audiences, and buyer stages. Campaign strategy, performance measurement, and audience segmentation are defined by the Group Head of Marketing & Communications and CRM & Campaign Manager; this role is focused on execution, refinement, and delivery of content within those frameworks. The role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Strata’s campaign engine, gaining exposure to CRM-led marketing, thought leadership, social content, and event-driven campaigns, with scope for long-term progression within the business.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the below experience:
- Campaign Content Delivery
Create content that supports agreed marketing and nurture campaigns, including:
- Email copy and nurture messaging
- Landing page and website copy
- Campaign blogs and insight-led articles
- Gated content such as reports, whitepapers, and insight summaries
- Campaign-led social copy (primarily LinkedIn)
Adapt core content into multiple formats to support full-funnel campaigns across email, web, and social. Ensure all content aligns with Strata’s positioning, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
Social Content (Campaign-Led)
Create written social content that supports:
- Campaign launches and nurture activity
- MMM events and insight-led content
- Thought leadership and brand positioning
Support the scheduling and repurposing of social content in line with agreed campaign plans. Repurpose long-form content into social-friendly formats where appropriate.
Supporting CRM-Led Campaigns
Work in partnership with the CRM & Campaign Manager to:
- Develop content aligned to defined audience segments and buyer stages
- Address content gaps within existing campaigns
- Refine messaging using performance insight provided by the CRM
- Support content testing and optimisation through copy refinement where required.
Thought Leadership (Campaign-Led)
Develop Strata-led thought leadership content that underpins campaigns and reinforces the brand’s strategic positioning. Translate insights from MMM events, panels, and roundtables into campaign-ready content. Ensure thought leadership activity is purposeful, planned, and aligned to agreed campaign themes.
Case Studies & Sales Enablement Content
Develop case study narratives that support campaigns and sales conversations. Focus on outcomes, Group collaboration, and strategic value rather than execution detail alone.
Brand & Content Consistency
Apply agreed brand messaging, tone of voice, and content guidelines across all output. Support updates to Strata’s website in line with campaign priorities. Act as a consistent and reliable contributor to planned content delivery.
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns are consistently supported by well-structured, high-quality content across email, web, and social. Social content reinforces campaign messaging and thought leadership themes.
