Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Content & Collateral Manager. This role is a combination of powerful planner, captivating copywriter and content creator. You should be skilled in proactively managing and owning a content planner, be able to produce exceptional copy that engages, be fearless in diving deep into details and have a growth mindset. Having a sixth sense for a great story and not being afraid of challenging ways of working is also beneficial. This is a hands-on position that involves creativity, and providing solutions in the moment, all while continuously raising the bar for our UK&I storytelling and bringing our passion for transforming the everyday to life.

Essential Functions:

  • Storytelling - Create compelling stories that connect with our audiences
  • Collaborate - Work with video and content stakeholders to develop authentic, and engaging articles, presentations and stories to be shared on internal platforms
  • Write – Creative copy for social (paid and earned), and other content such as blog posts, and also some ghost writing
  • Content – Experienced in creating digital content including compelling videos
  • Planning – Manage and own a content planner and stay on top of all creative output for the Mobility division in the UK and advise on industry best practice
  • Promotion - Develop messaging targeted to key audiences for promotional content
  • Passion for your craft – Able to sell ideas and influence key stakeholders to embrace new ideas and creative approaches
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to engagement, health and wellness, and diversity, equality and inclusion and how we can help communicate these stories throughout the company
