  • Develop a content roadmap with suggested updates, new assets, and messaging enhancements.
  • Assess current go-to-market strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define an engagement strategic framework aligning digital and event-based initiatives.
  • Establish a roadmap for execution, including timelines, roles, and key milestones.
  • Produce a comprehensive go-to-market strategy document outlining digital and event-based integration.
  • Recommend engagement and activation tactics.
  • Implement a roadmap with key milestones and success metrics.
