A boutique consultancy who specialise in working with media and publishing clients is looking for additional junior consultants to join them on a project working with South East Asian media companies. 

Responsibilities

• Run interviews and workshops to understand current state of play in the local media firms.
• Map out current processes and identify potential pain points and areas of improvement. 
• Work closely with the end clients to devise new structures and processes, and create a roadmap for change. 

Requirements

• Experience in Change, with an exposure to running workshops and gather AS IS information, as well as create a roadmap for TO BE. 
• Media and publishing industry experience is strongly desired
• Any knowledge of South East Asian languages (Malay, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese) is helpful but non-essential

• Start Date: 24th June (set start date, not flexible)
• Duration: 4 months
• Day rate: 400 - 600 dependent on experience
• Location: Hybrid (2 days per week) in central London office. Fully remote may be considered for the right person. One potential trip to meet clients may be organised.
