What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 Reports.
• Prepare accurate RICS Valuation Reports for various purposes (e.g., Help to Buy, shared ownership, probate).
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property condition, defects, and maintenance.
• Utilise our streamlined iPad app for efficient data capture and report production.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and adherence to RICS regulations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced MRICS or AssocRICS Consultant Surveyor: You must be a qualified and experienced professional with a strong track record in residential surveying.
• Client-Focused: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service and clear, concise communication.
• Technically Proficient: Strong knowledge of RICS standards and best practices, with excellent report writing skills.
• Self-Motivated & Organised: Ability to manage your workload independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using an iPad for survey data capture and report generation.
• Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travelling to various property locations within your assigned region.
