About The Role As a locum Consultant Psychiatrist, you'll work within multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality psychiatric care to adults with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting psychiatric assessments and reviews
• Leading treatment planning and clinical decision-making
• Supporting junior medical staff and MDTs
• Liaising with community services and external partners
