Summary: As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives for our Energy and Utilities client, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing the impact of solutions. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in helping the client navigate complex challenges and achieve strategic objectives. This position is based in London and involves onsite work two days per week. The role is an initial 3-6 month contract classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of change management strategies to support the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders and foster buy-in for change.
  • Identify and address potential barriers to change, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams to align change management activities with overall project goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to client teams, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively manage change.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and implement data-driven improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the utilities or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

We're seeking a Senior/Consultant - Change Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Energy and Utilities client. please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week
