Work Description
IT strategy planning, IT cost reduction, IT system procurement, PMO, etc. project management.
Process/IT consulting related to business reform, business analysis, and business design.
Various project management such as large-scale core system renewal.
Client Examples
Data aggregation platform development and DSP operator system connection project at a telecommunications company.
Core database server replacement project at a foreign life insurance company.
System integration project at a foreign pharmaceutical company.
Skills and Experience
Generally, the work and mission of IT consultants at major firms tend to be compartmentalized, but at our company, due to the small elite environment, you can face clients comprehensively from planning the basic concept to extracting issues, defining requirements, and proposing improvement measures.
Required (MUST)
- 2 years or more of experience in design to development (application/infrastructure not specified).
- 2 years or more of management experience such as PL/PM/PMO (scale/industry not specified).
Preferred (WANT)
- Experience in a consulting firm.
- Business-level English proficiency.
Desired Personality
Strong ambition and willingness to challenge new things.
Ability to accept feedback and requests from clients, superiors, and team members and propose improvements.
Post-Employment Follow-up
Training and OJT will be conducted according to skills and experience.
Senior consultants will provide solid support.
