Position: Lumos Foundation is seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to lead the merger of our UK and US Salesforce (NPSP) databases into a single, unified CRM. This is a critical project supporting Lumos’ global growth and fundraising capability. The successful consultant will lead discovery, solution design, data migration, configuration, testing and go-live support, ensuring the consolidated system is compliant (UK & US), intuitive for users, and fit for scale.

Requirements: We’re looking for a consultant who brings:

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce data merges (NPSP experience essential)
• Salesforce certifications
• Strong understanding of GDPR and international data protection
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in the charity/NGO or fundraising sector (desirable)

Key deliverables include:

• Discovery and consolidation strategy
• Data migration and cleansing
• Salesforce configuration and optimisation
• Testing, training and go-live support
