Summary: Kennelbuild is seeking a high-calibre Site Manager in Oxfordshire to oversee a Ministry of Defence project starting in September. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily site management, HSE enforcement, and compliance checks
- Coordinate all subcontractor activities and direct labour
- Monitor progress against programme and report back to PMs
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and visiting inspectors
- Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and manage site paperwork
- Maintain highest quality assurance and finish standards
Key Skills:
- Valid SMSTS Certification
- Minimum of 5-years' experience in site management
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site compliance
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Role Description
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and to budget. You will act as the on-the-ground leader for quality assurance, programme control, and day-to-day problem solving. This is a hands-on leadership role with the support of a high-performing project delivery team and structured back-office support.
