Summary: The Construction Project Manager role at BAE Warton involves overseeing the design, construction planning, and implementation of various infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the design, construction planning, and implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, engineering professionals, and consultancy support teams.
- Manage all project design phases following the RIBA stages.
- Ensure installations comply with health and safety legislation, building control, and CDM regulations.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in Design Management of Construction activities.
- Experience in Construction Management.
- Good supplier management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction and plant/equipment installations.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in managing Health & Safety (NEBOSH).
