Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-scale fit-out of an 8+ storey office project.
• Lead large teams and ensure effective people management.
• Oversee all phases of fit-out packages, including health and safety, quality, and costs.
• Communicate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Work with engineers and architects to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are in place on construction sites.
• Manage risks and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Skills:
