The commercial fit out world has taken off in the last few weeks! One of my best customers has asked me to recruit for a Construction Manager based in the City of London.
About the role of Construction Manager
I'm Currently recruiting for an experienced freelance Construction Manager to work on a high-profile 45m commercial fit-out in Watford, Hertfordshire.
It is a CAT A and B fit out and we need a Construction Manager to deliver 3/4 floors from Shell to handover, the contract will run until August 2027.
You will report to a Project Manager based on site and your main responsibilities will be to run the fit out safely and on time.
Responsibilities for Construction Manager
- Lead & Manage day to day site operations
- Drive the programme and Sub-contraction coordination
- Ensure delivery of high-end finishes to a standard
- Maintain strict H&S compliance and quality standards
Requirements for Construction Manager
- Strong background working with reputable main contractors or fit-out specialists
- Strong leadership presence and ability to drive site performance
- Proven experience delivering Cat A/B fit-out ( 35m+ preferred)
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
