Senior CM required to work on either the fitout of a large Hotel in the City or large Office fit out project in the City.
The experienced candidate will be used to working on large projects of sizes of £30m plus and be used to looking after certain packages.
This could include a number of floors of office floors, or specific packages such as the toilet core, roof terrace, reception area, restaurant, gym etc.
The experienced candidate will be responsible for their packages from start to finish, looking after the sub contractors, running the site meetings and working to tight timescales.
Up-to-date accreditation required including SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS etc.
