Civils Construction Manager (Rail) - OUTSIDE IR35

My client is seeking an experienced and driven Civils Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex civil engineering work packages within the rail sector. Based in their Manchester hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of projects ranging from platform extensions and bridge renewals to drainage and lineside structures.

You will act as the vital link between the design team and the site-based workforce, ensuring that Manchester's rail infrastructure is upgraded to the highest standards of engineering excellence.
