Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment to learners from Level 3 to Level 5
- Support apprentices and HNC/D students in achieving their qualifications
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to a positive learning environment
Requirements
- Degree in a Construction, Surveying or related discipline
- Industry experience within construction or surveying
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent desirable
- Assessing qualification advantageous
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for developing the next generation of construction professionals
