This is a key hire to support a significant volume of new instructions from a major developer client.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of contentious construction matters, with a particular focus on building safety, fire safety regulation, and construction defects. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collegiate and well-established team, contributing to high-value, complex disputes.
Key Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 6 years’ PQE (no maximum level)
- Solid experience in construction disputes, exposure to building and fire safety regulation and defects disputes is essential
- Available to start at short notice by mid-September
- Comfortable working within an Inside IR35 arrangement
