Summary: The Construction Coordinator role involves acting as a liaison between the Electric construction management team and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination for electric distribution and civil work. The position requires collaboration with vendors and regional teams to streamline operations and manage project schedules. The role also includes administrative support for the construction management team and the execution of ad-hoc tasks as needed. Candidates should have prior experience in construction project coordination and familiarity with Excel and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Electric construction management team and all other stakeholders such as contract construction, construction management, and resource management.
  • Work closely with vendors and regional teams to execute electric distribution work, NB, and civil work.
  • Support the Construction management team and act as the administration arm of the work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements and corrective actions. Coordinate schedules and manage dependencies.
  • Streamline day-to-day operations for maximum efficiency. Provide consistent updates on program health and escalate any red-flagged items to leadership.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Key Skills:

  • Previous construction project coordination experience.
  • Excel and SAP experience.
  • Utility experience preferred.
