Summary: As a Client Advisor for Individuals at BNP Paribas, you will serve as a key contact for a diverse clientele, providing tailored advice on banking operations, loans, savings, and insurance. Your role involves promoting the bank's offerings and digital pathways, contributing to client satisfaction and commercial challenges. You will receive extensive training and work closely with your manager and team in a dynamic environment. The position is based in Saint Quentin and is a fixed-term contract lasting 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients effectively and compassionately by providing value-added advice on banking operations, real estate and consumer loans, savings & insurance.
• Promote the full range of BNP Paribas offerings and digital pathways, both in-person and remotely, by proposing the most suitable solutions for each situation.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and meet the commercial challenges of the agency.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to become autonomous and responsible in your role.
• Work collaboratively with the team and manager to achieve objectives.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months continuous commercial experience managing a client portfolio, ideally in banking.
• Diploma of BAC +2 to BAC +3.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine sense of customer service and satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.
• Ability to thrive in commercial challenges and demonstrate adaptability and collaboration.
