Summary: As a Client Advisor for Individuals at BNP Paribas, you will serve as a local contact for a diverse clientele, providing valuable advice on banking operations, loans, savings, and insurance. Your role involves promoting BNP Paribas' offerings and digital pathways, contributing to customer satisfaction and agency commercial goals. You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with your manager and team. This position is essential for developing a foundational skill set in the banking and insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients effectively and kindly by providing value-added advice on their primary needs (banking operations, real estate and consumer loans, savings & insurance).
• Promote the entire BNP Paribas offering and digital pathways, both face-to-face and remotely, proposing the most suitable solutions for each situation.
• Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and meet the commercial challenges of the agency.
• Collaborate closely with the team and receive daily support from your manager.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to become autonomous and responsible in your role.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months continuous commercial experience managing a client portfolio, ideally in banking (including internships and apprenticeships).
• Diploma of BAC +2 to BAC +5.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine sense of service and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.
• Aptitude for commercial challenges and recognized adaptability and collaboration skills.
