Summary: The Configuration Analyst role involves configuring and maintaining Electronic Patient Record (EPR) functionality by translating clinical and workstream requirements into user-friendly system builds. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain EPR functionality based on clinical and workstream requirements.
- Collaborate with communications and engagement teams to support organizational initiatives.
- Improve quality, consistency, and effectiveness of communications.
- Facilitate meetings and engagement sessions.
- Present information clearly in both face-to-face and digital formats.
- Travel to ULTH, Northampton Hospital, and other group sites as required.
- Work flexible hours to support a 24/7 organization.
