REED Education are proud to be working in partnership with a well-respected independent secondary school in Cambridge who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and deliver engaging lessons in Computer Science and ICT across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school offers a supportive environment, excellent facilities, and a strong commitment to academic excellence.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality Computer Science and ICT lessons.
- Plan, prepare and assess engaging learning activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider school community where appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience teaching Computer Science and/or ICT within a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage learners of varying abilities.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
- QTS is desirable but not essential. Applications are welcomed from experienced instructors, unqualified teachers, and industry professionals with relevant teaching experience.
