Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, particularly for teachers in core and high-demand curriculum subjects, we are seeking Computer Science specialists for daily supply, short-term cover and long-term assignments.

Your new role: As a Supply Computer Science Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging Computer Science and ICT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with some opportunities at Key Stage 5.
- Encourage students to develop their digital literacy, programming and computational thinking skills.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Follow lesson plans provided and maintain continuity of learning.
- Manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed: What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Computer Science and/or ICT within UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current Computer Science curricula and examination specifications.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Hays.
