As the Compliance Technical Surveyor, you will be:
- Working on fire and legionella risk assessments
- Overseeing the performance of the contractors
- Covering the big 6 in property compliance
Compliance Technical Surveyor qualifications / experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in social housing
- NEBOSH fire or general/IOSH
- HNC/HND
- Knowledge of big 6 in property compliance
As the Compliance Technical Surveyor, you will receive:
- 6 month fixed term contract
- £55,105 annually

- £7k car allowance
