Summary: The Compliance Optimisation Executive is responsible for enhancing compliance processes within the organization, collaborating across functions to implement changes that affect the control framework. This role involves documenting compliance requirements, ensuring governance, and generating reports for senior management regarding regulatory changes. The position also requires proactive management of risks and issues related to projects and programs, particularly in the betting and gaming industry or other regulated sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve compliance processes.
- Collaborate with various functions to support delivery changes impacting the control framework.
- Document compliance requirements for changes.
- Ensure appropriate governance and record-keeping is in place.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on the status of regulatory change.
- Proactively manage programme and project management level risks, issues, and dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Experience with online and retail licenses.
- Regulatory compliance background.
- Able to evaluate data and monitor compliance frameworks and policy positions.
- Project management skills with a track record of cross-functional project work.
- Experience in the betting and gaming industry or another heavily regulated sector.
- ICA certification or similar is preferred.
