I am recruiting for a Data Protection / Privacy Compliance officer paying a day rate of 528 via PAYE (inclusive of holiday). Their hybrid model requires staff in the office 4 days a week (non-negotiable) and expected contract during until March 2025.

• 3-5 years experience, preferably operating in a global privacy and data protection environment
• Relevant legal and/or privacy qualification desirable.
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws
• Direct experience working in financial services is highly desired
• Experience or familiarity with conducting privacy risk assessments
• Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders to identify privacy risks/trends and stay abreast of new products/initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
• Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Develops solutions to problems, checking where appropriate with senior management
• Committed to thinking and acting with integrity and honesty
