Summary: The Compliance Optimisation Executive will focus on enhancing compliance processes while collaborating with the UK Gambling Commission. The role involves documenting compliance requirements, ensuring governance, and generating reports for senior management. Additionally, the executive will manage risks and dependencies related to regulatory changes within the betting and gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve compliance processes in collaboration with the UK Gambling Commission.
- Support delivery changes impacting the control framework across various business functions.
- Document compliance requirements for changes and ensure appropriate governance and record-keeping.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on the status of regulatory changes.
- Proactively manage programme and project management level risks, issues, and dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Experience with online and retail licenses.
- Regulatory compliance background.
- Ability to evaluate data and monitor compliance frameworks and policy positions.
- Project management skills with a track record of cross-functional project delivery.
- Experience in the betting and gaming industry, including KYC, AML, and LCCP regulations.
- ICA certification or similar qualifications may be beneficial.
