Summary: The Compliance Optimisation Executive is responsible for enhancing compliance processes within the organization, collaborating across various functions to implement changes affecting the control framework. The role involves documenting compliance requirements, ensuring governance, and generating reports for senior management regarding regulatory changes. Additionally, the executive will manage risks and issues related to projects and programs, particularly in the betting and gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve compliance processes.
- Collaborate with various functions to support delivery changes impacting the control framework.
- Document compliance requirements for changes.
- Ensure appropriate governance and record keeping is in place.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on the status of regulatory change.
- Proactively manage programme and project management level risks, issues, and dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Experience with online and retail licenses.
- Regulatory compliance background.
- Able to evaluate data and monitor compliance frameworks and policy positions.
- Project management skills with a track record of cross-functional projects.
- Experience in the betting and gaming industry.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, or other relevant regulations.
- ICA certification or similar qualifications may be beneficial.
