Compliance Officer

Summary: The Compliance Monitoring Lead will spearhead the compliance monitoring function for a leading workplace pension provider during a period of rapid growth. This role involves developing and executing a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, managing a monitoring program, and advising on regulatory changes. The position requires a strong focus on ensuring operations align with regulations and internal policies across pension and insurance products. The successful candidate will also provide technical support on regulatory matters throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance monitoring function to ensure alignment with regulations and internal policies.
• Support the development and execution of a risk-based compliance monitoring plan.
• Design and manage a monitoring program to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Conduct reviews across pension and insurance products.
• Advise on regulatory changes and improve monitoring processes.
• Offer technical support on regulatory matters across the business.

Key Skills:

• Recognised compliance qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance within pensions or financial services.
• Proven leadership in compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of FCA, PRA, TPR regulations, GDPR, and AML rules.
