Square 4 are seeking 2x Compliance Monitoring Specialists to join a great team for a 3 month contract (likelihood of extension).Job Responsibilities: Provide crucial support in ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are met.Coordinate annual audit activities, ensuring smooth interactions between auditors and control owners.Analyse incident and breach forms, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Develop and maintain business policies and procedures.Create and distribute internal reports, including MI and regulatory updates.Track and maintain various logs and calendars to ensure compliance and timely submission of reports.Conduct monitoring of key operational areas, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.Requirements:Experience working in a regulated industry, particularly financial services.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Effective communicator, capable of engaging at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT environments.Desirable: Knowledge of current regulatory trends and requirements.Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.Office Location: Reading area.Salary: 350 per day (3 month contract).Send your CV to cgreen@square4.com for more information.
