Summary: The Compliance & Investigations Officer at Morrison Water Services will support the Welsh Water contract by managing Streetworks activities in compliance with NRSWA regulations. This role involves investigating Streetworks fines, providing administrative support, and collaborating with various departments to enhance performance. The position emphasizes integrity, safety, and a commitment to employee well-being within a diverse work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Review all Streetworks fines received from the client to ensure they meet the criteria prior to investigating
- Log all fines, potential or actual, to the contract work system
- Investigate all fines liaising with all relevant departments
- Identify common themes and share information to improve performance
- Support planning and operations with Streetworks legislation
- Data input into the Work System
- Support with actioning a shared inbox
- Communicate professionally with key stakeholders
- Actively contribute as a team player
Key Skills:
- GCSE or A-Level Qualification
- NVQ Level 1-3
- Experience with technology and software
