Summary: Expleo is looking for a Compliance Consultant to support a major UK-based customer in Coventry on a contract basis. The role involves managing compliance activities related to information requests and data protection obligations within an established team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end processing of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) requests, and other information requests from employees and external third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements relating to the handling of personal and sensitive information.
  • Review, analyse, and collate information from multiple systems and sources to support timely and accurate responses.
  • Prioritise workload effectively to ensure statutory and internal deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Assess and manage potential compliance risks, applying sound judgement and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Produce accurate reporting and analysis to support team performance and operational delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to obtain and validate required information.
  • Support continuous improvement activities, helping to enhance processes and ways of working.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and data integrity.
  • Contribute positively to team objectives and support colleagues in delivering a consistent, high-quality service.

This role will join an established team and report to the Process Delivery Manager, supporting critical compliance activities related to information requests and data protection obligations.
