Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the end-to-end process for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), Pre-Action Protocols (PAPs), and other information requests from third parties and employees.
  • Proactively ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), embedding best practices across the organisation.
  • Analyse employee master data and team activity reports using advanced Excel skills to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address sensitive data access requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Prioritise and organise your workload to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Make swift, risk-based decisions, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or sensitive business area.
  • Strong knowledge of data subject access rights, particularly the “right to access”.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Resilience, energy, and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver results under time constraints.
  • Experience of working within HR shared service and with People Data systems i.e. SuccessFactors Plus would be desirable.
