Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update rail compliance systems.
  • Ensure records relating to working hours, fatigue management, and safety compliance are accurate and up to date.
  • Process sponsorships, sub-sponsorships, and de-sponsorships in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Upload and monitor training records across compliance platforms.
  • Track contractor and employee competencies, ensuring certifications and accreditations remain valid.
  • Provide administrative support during compliance-related onboarding processes.
  • Work with internal teams to provide documentation for audits and project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining records for internal and external audits.
  • Support compliance-related initiatives, including carbon data reporting and other reporting obligations.
  • Act as a first point of contact for compliance-related administrative queries.
  • Support systems and processes that ensure alignment with rail industry regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies within compliance practices.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or compliance support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
  • Familiarity with Sentinel, Signal Software, MC, or Talisman systems.

  • Compliance & Systems Administration
