Summary: The Compliance Administrator role at Gateley RJA involves providing comprehensive compliance administration support within a dynamic Office Administration team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full compliance administration support to Employer’s Agents / Quantity Surveyors.
  • Work flexibly within a wider administrative and technical team to deliver general administration support.
  • Manage incoming queries and requests, updating clients' CRM portals.
  • Liaise with project leads to obtain necessary information for key logs and planners.
  • Check documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients and colleagues.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries and lead the residential defects process.

  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
