Summary: The Compliance Administrator and Buyer will support the compliance team in ensuring timely servicing and inspections, preparing legal documentation, and managing purchase orders for repairs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and maintain compliance systems. The position is full-time, based in Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury, with regular home working available, and is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the compliance team to ensure timely completion of servicing and inspections.
  • Gather evidence and prepare legal packs for court cases.
  • Raise purchase orders for servicing and repairs as the Compliance Team’s buyer.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, meeting arrangements, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the compliance team in aligning policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Update and monitor compliance systems and produce statistical reports.
