About the Role We’re seeking a Community & Talent Manager to act as the bridge between emerging cyber talent and industry employers within the HAPTAI Terminal ecosystem. This role combines community building, career development, and employer engagement to create meaningful pathways from education into cybersecurity careers. You’ll work at the intersection of talent development and workforce needs, supporting early-career individuals on their journey, while helping employers identify candidates whose aptitudes and potential align with their roles. Insights from this role will directly contribute to improving the HAPTAI platform, including persona models, matching logic, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Onboarding & Orientation
  • Welcome students and early-career candidates into the HAPTAI Terminal
