The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic freelancer (must be registered as self-employed and working f/t as a freelancer) to step into a concierge role connecting hiring clients with the right freelance talent. This is ideal for a freelancer with 2 to 5 years’ experience who has the flexibility to respond quickly when new Concierge requests appear. You’ll act as a trusted connector, helping clients find the right freelancers, supporting talent through the process, and helping great projects happen with the support of our matching technology. Alongside matchmaking and relationship management, you’ll also help amplify opportunities through social media content and provide a premium experience for our Pro Plus members.

What You’ll Do

  • Matchmaking
  • Review new briefs, authorise jobs, clarify details with clients, and connect them with the most suitable freelancers based on skills, availability, budget, and fit. Comfortable talking on the phone, sending messages and emails is a must.
  • Client Relationships
  • Build warm, trusted relationships with clients so posting a job on Freelancer Club feels effortless and rewarding.
  • Job Promotion & Content
  • Create simple, engaging social content that helps promote roles needing additional exposure, attract relevant freelance talent, and increase visibility of opportunities across the platform. We have templates in place.
  • Pro Plus Member Support
  • Help manage and support our Pro Plus members by delivering a more personalised, premium experience, ensuring they feel connected, prioritised, and supported when applying for opportunities.
  • Freelancer Support
  • Communicate with freelancers to clarify briefs, offer guidance, and prevent early misalignment.
  • Platform Oversight
  • Track job progress to ensure nothing falls through the cracks (experience using Hubspot or a similar CRM is a bonus).
  • Problem Solving
  • Spot friction early and resolve issues quickly so both clients and freelancers have a great experience.
