Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of safeguarding, particularly relating to adults at risk
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Able to work across multiple sites and adapt to changing operational demands
- Enhanced DBS check required due to access to sensitive personal data and oversight of staff and volunteers working with vulnerable adults

This is a senior operational role requiring strong leadership, service management experience, and the ability to work across multiple community settings. The role will be based at the Civic Centre in Esher, with regular travel across six community centres within the borough.
About the Role The Community Health & Wellbeing team delivers vital frontline services that support residents with varying levels of need, including adults at risk and individuals experiencing vulnerability. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of these services.
